Olives in the salad is criminal. Also, I don’t think this Parm is as good as what others think. However, The Brick Factory is a prime establishment.

Price included the meal and can of cider, and was a little on the expensive side but for heart of Salamanca was comparable. A decent size parma with generous tomato and cheese application. There was no ham, but this didn't detract from the enjoyment of the meal. The chips were fairly average. Plentiful but missing the outer crunch. Well seasoned.

The best parmi Ive ever had, made fresh daily, The chicken was so tender and juicy, perfectly melted cheese and the sauce was so balanced and delicious.

came in for the $25 parmi + pint deal on Mondays. Incredibly solid parmi for that deal. pepper sauce was very good. didn't come with salad or with ham :(
