1. Introduction

Welcome to Parm Rater ("App"), operated by Lucas Howlett ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") serve as our End User License Agreement (EULA) and govern your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any supported device that you own or control.

3. Restrictions

  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
  • You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • You may not sublicense, resell, lease, or exploit the App commercially.
  • You may not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers.

4. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: We collect your email, username, and authentication details.
  • User-Generated Content: We collect reviews, ratings, and photos you submit.
  • Location Data: Collected when you enable location services.
  • Device & Usage Data: Including device type, interactions, and usage metrics.
  • Analytics Data: Used to improve app experience.

5. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the App’s functionality and experience.
  • To facilitate user-generated ratings and reviews.
  • To communicate updates, offers, and improvements.
  • To protect against misuse or fraud.

6. How We Share Your Information

  • With Other Users: Public content like reviews and ratings are visible.
  • With Service Providers: For analytics, hosting, and core functionality.
  • Legal Requirements: If required to comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee complete security against all threats.

8. Your Choices

  • You can update or delete your data through the app or by contacting us.
  • You can disable location access in device settings.

9. Subscriptions & Payments

Parm Rater offers auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through your respective app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), and are subject to the terms, conditions, and payment policies of that platform.

The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s app store settings:

  • iOS users: Manage subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings in the App Store.
  • Android users: Manage subscriptions via your Google Play account settings.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that billing will occur through the platform you used to subscribe and that we do not process or store your payment information directly.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance.
