Bit lacking on the sauce end, making it a lil dry but amazing ham chips and salad. Sauce under the ham next time would fix the issue I think

Finalist on 2026 AHA Victorian Pub Awards Parma of the Year. I opted for just the classic flavour because I was hoping to get the Hass is King topping from their online menu (avo, smokey bacon, red onion, feta and cherry tomatoes) but it wasn’t on the current menu. It was a bigger size than I was expecting, the ends were thin and crispy but the guts were thick and a bit rubbery texture. Didn’t notice any smokey flavour in the ham but it was thin shredded shaved ham which I haven’t had on a parma before. The leprechaun parma topping was veryyyyy nice, smooth cheesy creamy mash toasted made crispy litte edges like a shepherds pie, crispy bacon and a thick gravy. Would definitely get that topping next time but they must change up the flavours often. Chippies were prefect, crispy and salty and balanced with yummy buttered veggies

I think I’ll have a Parm break for a while.

Parmi was tasty and filling but I didn’t particularly like the fact they used whole tomatoes in the sauce. Chips were mediocre and the mushroom chucks in the gravy was good but it was still too thin for my liking

Meditaranian Parmi. Ham, salami, chorizo and was very tasty. Chips were top class, didn’t even have to have seasoning.

Delicious local. Didn’t miss.
