AllTrivia night! Starting with the salad, it tasted good but it was a bit dry and didn’t have the broadest range of vegetables. Very lettuce and cabbage heavy. The chips were crispy and a little bit salty but didn’t have any seasoning other than that and were ultimately a bit bland. Bland unfortunately is a word I’d use to describe the parmi itself as well. A very very thin spread of sauce that didn’t have a lot of flavour anyway. Ham had a strong taste which was enjoyable and the cheese was thick and did a lot of heavy lifting. The chicken had that strange taste but didn’t ruin the experience for me. Obviously I still enjoyed it - it was a parmi after all. Definitely good value at $27 and a decent size too, but that being said I would try something else on the menu next time.
Really tasty parmi, good size for $29 and not too hot on the inside. The chips were really tasty too but the mushroom gravy was too thin for my liking
All around good parma, good thickness, diameter, panko crumbing, good cheese coverage. Almost had like a charcoal flavour but couldn’t work out how. Chippies were the highlight though! Thick, crispy, fluffy, perfect 👌🏼 accompanied by a light creamy aioli. Refreshing side salad with a light dressing featuring some fancy pomegranate seeds, was just missing grated carrot to top it off to full points. Everything on the menu was quite pricey with the parma setting you back $36 plus another $4 for aioli. Also a wide interesting cocktail menu, but were all around $22 #xoxoparmagirl
German Parmi: Chicken Schnitzel topped with smoked wagyu beef kransky, sauerkraut, mustard, grilled cheese and pork crackling. Schnitizel it self was delicious, very juicy and quite a thick cut too. The kransky and sauerkraut was a nice addition which made it unique and the pork crackling was alright. Chips were definitely one of the best ive had in Canberra if they just had a bit more seasoning I'd give it a 5. But the salad was a let down to the whole dish. It was just average nothing wrong just mid
Amazing parmi. Can see why this is raved about. Chicken gravy delicious. Very well salted crunchy chips. Salad was good. Parmi itself juicy. I’ll be back
Back again for another amazing parmi. Crispy crumb, nice sauce, pizza ham.
Wonderful, delicious, enjoyable experience!! 🤤😋
Really sensational Parmi. Maintained its crunch through to the end which is rare. Great chips salad and gravy. I was not disappointed.
