An ok parmie. The chips were crunchy, and the salad was pleasant. The parmie itself had a really nice crumb, but the ham was quite over powering. The sauce was good, the cheese was ok.
Parmi was actually really good, not too big but not too small and tasted nice. The only let down is the grated ham and the chips which we really bland
OMG I am so full. Not a traditional parmi, but comes with 2 huge schnitzels, a beautiful sauce, slices of cheese and a huge serving of pasta. Just amazing. Also comes with a side of bread.
Great size, nice thick ham. Not the biggest fan of thick chips and were slightly undersalted. Chicken was moist but was a little bland. Overall good on the chew.
Fantastic parmi, excellent chips. Paired with a pint of stone and wood
Food used to be decent here but then they cut costs and changed the menu it's crap. While I didn't have chips I still ate some separately so including the eating anyway. What a shame this pub is now only good for a beer.
No salad but solid on taste. Would get again despite price and size.
For the price thought it would be a bit better. Cheese overpowers the overall taste but still nice. Chips were great but could have used with a bit more seasoning. Salad is a bit bland though
Bit upset with the lack of ham, Hawaiian variant looked like the go.
Awesome chips and salad. No sauce options which lowered my chip rating a little but otherwise they were very tasty and salty. Salad had a great mix of veggies and an amazing dressing, closest salad to perfection if not for a very minor knock on the chopping of the red onion. Onto the parmi itself, average-good size, pretty cheap being <$30 as well. Very cheesy, nice mozzarella taste. Ham was yummy, sauce was really good - not overpowering in flavour but very saucy by volume. Chicken was nice and crispy on the edges, not dry and didn’t have that weird taste that a schnitzel can sometimes have which is massive for me. Would definitely order this parmi again the next time I visit, unless I try the Mexican variant.
Parmi was delicious, the cheese and ham complimented the chicken very well. The chicken it self was cooked very well a bit overcooked on the edges but other then that very good parmi, would recommend to friends. Star of the dish was definitely the chips and salad. Near perfect chips and salad would come back just for those.
Why do Victorians insist on saying Parma. Anyway, solid joint.
I'm happily impressed at the quality of the parmie, the sauce is nice, the bacon gives the right amount of saltiness, and the crumb is well done. The main issue of the chicken breast is slightly dry. It isn't enough to make it a bad meal at all though, very minor issue. Salad and chips are great.
Plenty of cheese, wednesday deal $25 for a parmi and beer.
