Very solid parmigiana with Sugo, Prosciutto, Mozzarella and basil, finely grated Parmesan on top too which is pretty rare! Chips were great and there were plenty of ‘em, basil was fresh and the sugo + prosciutto were great and as you can see in pic they were very generously pouring off the sides of the thick chicken schnitzel. 9/10. Pint of Hard Solo in background for scale
