The Moorings @ Lady Franklin

“Mexicana parmi. Another Thursday night Moorings classic. Yes chips are under the parmi but it does not affect the crispness whatsoever. That's a win. This one has Jalapenos intermingled with the cheese, guacamole is absolutely dynamite, best I've had ever, throw sour cream into the mix and this is truly one of the best feeds you will get in the Huon. The salad is crisp and fresh, the vinaigrette dressing really complements the richness of the parmi. Truly delicious indeed”
