I'm happily impressed at the quality of the parmie, the sauce is nice, the bacon gives the right amount of saltiness, and the crumb is well done. The main issue of the chicken breast is slightly dry. It isn't enough to make it a bad meal at all though, very minor issue. Salad and chips are great.

Bark Mill tends to have one of the more dynamic parmies in Tassie, with the chefs changing so frequently. A good parmie, with the sauce a bit rich and the chicken is a bit thick. Chips are good and the salad is great.

Chicken could’ve been a bit juicier, happy with colour on the cheese, chips were average but seeded mustard dressing on the salad was a banger

With bacon, not ham.
