A slightly expensive parmie, but was quite tasty. Chips were cooked well. Salad was a bit of a let down.

A good meal. The chips were crunchy and well salted, the parmie sauce, ham and cheese were ok.

For an airport parmie, not too bad. Chips were well cooked, and the parmie was certainly decent to eat. Quick service, good meal if you have half an hour.

Bark Mill tends to have one of the more dynamic parmies in Tassie, with the chefs changing so frequently. A good parmie, with the sauce a bit rich and the chicken is a bit thick. Chips are good and the salad is great.
