Sweet chilli and coconut with prawns parmi. Was the pick of the Thursday night parmi night. Beautiful sauce, pity the schnitzel was a little smaller in size than last time. On this night the whole restaurant was almost booked out. On a parmi night that speaks volumes

Mexicana parmi. Another Thursday night Moorings classic. Yes chips are under the parmi but it does not affect the crispness whatsoever. That's a win. This one has Jalapenos intermingled with the cheese, guacamole is absolutely dynamite, best I've had ever, throw sour cream into the mix and this is truly one of the best feeds you will get in the Huon. The salad is crisp and fresh, the vinaigrette dressing really complements the richness of the parmi. Truly delicious indeed

Garlic prawns parmi. Another Thursday night parmi night. Succulent prawns, amazing garlic sauce and really juicy tender chicken. Absolutely recommend popping in on the nights and giving their range a try

Thursday Parmi nights. This one is the Swiss Chicken. Swiss cheese and Dijon mustard sauce. The best cheese sauce I've had in my life. Definitely recommend going there on the Thursdays and exploring the options. There's heaps to choose from and great value too
