German Parmi: Chicken Schnitzel topped with smoked wagyu beef kransky, sauerkraut, mustard, grilled cheese and pork crackling. Schnitizel it self was delicious, very juicy and quite a thick cut too. The kransky and sauerkraut was a nice addition which made it unique and the pork crackling was alright. Chips were definitely one of the best ive had in Canberra if they just had a bit more seasoning I'd give it a 5. But the salad was a let down to the whole dish.
