Not sure where to start here. Quite the mixed bag. It began with a request to change up the salad to vegetables, an old trick of the trade many of us Parm Raters have done before. Imagine the shock on my face when I saw 1 piece of broccoli and an assortment of green beans…now I’m not one to complain they were good veg, but would some carrot of gone astray? ($30 come on). Now the service was lovely and so was the seating, the chips were cooked well and salted to perfection. The actual parmi itself was very stock standard and felt like it probably sat out a little long as suggested by the temperature and the texture. Look I liked the establishment and what not but $30 for a parmi, i’m expecting just a tad more. Anyway shout out them, it’s out of love for the Parmi community, let’s be strong together 💪🏼
