“Very very good parmi. Wow, tbh not expecting to be so good considering where I am. Chip were elite and parmi was juicy and done perfectly. Salad was fine, Little basic, obviously slightly pricy but would cost a few dollars more being out this way.”

“Wow this was actually quite incredible. The salad was far from basic, with a beautiful dressing. The parmi was southern fried style so it had a beautiful crumb with a very tasty and well done sauce/cheese. The chips were slightly above standard but still very good. This was a fantastic parmi.”

“A Ninh Binh first wow! I’ve been wanting to rate a parmi in Vietnam since I got here and tonight was the night! The menu said nothing about olives, so I was quite shocked with the presentation. However, with the olives removed, it was actually quite an enjoyable parmi. The chicken itself was really well done however the sauce, cheese and chips were mediocre. However for $11 I can’t really complain.”

“Wow wow wow. Very impressed with this parmi. The starts of the show actually came from the vegetables, beautifully roasted carrot and beetroot made for an unexpected delight to pair with my main. The chips were perfectly cooked along side a good juicy bit of chicken. The sauce was lovely and it all came together toward a beautiful meal. No complaints from me cheers x”

“Not sure where to start here. Quite the mixed bag. It began with a request to change up the salad to vegetables, an old trick of the trade many of us Parm Raters have done before. Imagine the shock on my face when I saw 1 piece of broccoli and an assortment of green beans…now I’m not one to complain they were good veg, but would some carrot of gone astray? ($30 come on). Now the service was lovely and so was the seating, the chips were cooked well and salted to perfection. The actual parmi itself was very stock standard and felt like it probably sat out a little long as suggested by the temperature and the texture. Look I liked the establishment and what not but $30 for a parmi, i’m expecting just a tad more. Anyway shout out them, it’s out of love for the Parmi community, let’s be strong together 💪🏼”

“Wow this was quite the ‘mixed bag’ when it comes to a chicken parmigiana. Asked if I could do chips and veg instead of chips and salad and I was told that won’t be a problem. Upon arrival I was amazed to see the selection of veg out in front of me. As you can see there was a serving of peas which I know many may not go for, however I was quite the fan! The veg was great, the parmi was very tasty with a very nice Napoli sauce, the chips were great after a light salting by yours truely. It was quite pricey at $32 however with that many good veggies, and a good sized parmi and chips (WITH A FREE MUSHY GRAVY) I was super impressed. Great service also :)”

“Quite a tricky one to rate here…I’ll start with some positives: the size was obviously great, a nice big thick juicy bit of chicken and very well crumbed. The Napoli sauce was full of flavour and the ham was okay too….now certainly some room for improvement here. If I’m paying $32 I want everything to be top tier, not just the parmi. The chips were far and few, quite burnt and under salted, the salad lacked so much luster, it just seemed to be poured straight out of a packet with no love and the actual parmi itself was on the cold side. I wouldn’t be so critical if the price wasn’t so high but anything over $30 needs to be perfect. A great atmosphere but unfortunately missed a few of the marks. Thanks for reading :)”
