A Ninh Binh first wow! I’ve been wanting to rate a parmi in Vietnam since I got here and tonight was the night! The menu said nothing about olives, so I was quite shocked with the presentation. However, with the olives removed, it was actually quite an enjoyable parmi. The chicken itself was really well done however the sauce, cheese and chips were mediocre. However for $11 I can’t really complain.
