I can’t emphasise enough that these are the best parmys in Tasmania. As a self proclaimed Parmy connoisseur, I feel I am in a position that can make such a bold claim. You can tell the chef takes pride in their work, making their Neapolitan sauce from scratch. Chips have a perfect crunch. The salad was fresh with a delicious dressing.
