“I've been eating parmies for the last 30 years - multiple parms per week around Hobart, and this is the best parmy I have ever had. This pub's parmy currently seems to be an undiscovered gem. Large, perfect sauce, prefect thickness and amount of cheese. Definitely worth the try.”

“I can’t emphasise enough that these are the best parmys in Tasmania. As a self proclaimed Parmy connoisseur, I feel I am in a position that can make such a bold claim. You can tell the chef takes pride in their work, making their Neapolitan sauce from scratch. Chips have a perfect crunch. The salad was fresh with a delicious dressing.”
