“Hobart town hotel. Only opened a week so I was keen to be one of the first reviewers. Chicken was thick which I respect, the tomato sauce and cheese was what I expected. Maybe a tad on the bland side for the sauce. I did feel the ham was a bit cheap and clearly not ziggys ham (the gold standard). All in all was good, probably the crunchiest chips I have ever eaten which was nice. I did feel the salad was a bit underwhelming. This new trend of just dressed leaves, I’m not sold on, feels like wokenesess personally. It did not affect my rating but I will say, the mushroom sauce was terrible. Tasted like broth, ratio completely messed up. All in all very satisfied”
