“Christmas in July menu this weekend. Thankfully a parma was on the menu still sounding pretty traditional but featuring “Christmas ham”. She was an average size, pretty thick and extremely crispy to the point where you needed the gravy to sog it down, luckily the gravy was actually decent. When I think “Christmas ham” I think thick cut borderline ham steak ham but it was two very thin slices raw dogged on the schnitzel. The napoli sauce however, was absolutely beautiful. I dunno what they did but it had a great flavour, just delicious. Chippies were perfect, I wouldn’t change. The salad was pretty simple but instead of the standard tomato and onion they substituted for thinly sliced pear and radish which is something I haven’t seen before.”
