“I'm a bit biased as I make these gorgeous monstrosities but the Texan is the bomb! Juicy, giant housemade schnitzel with panko crumbs topped with smoky bourbon BBQ sauce, grilled bacon and fried onion rings. Cheese is a tasty and mozzarella mix. I always add Jalepenos (at no extra cost).”
