Unfortunately this parmi would’ve been really good if it wasn’t burnt to a crisp on the cheese and the schnitzel itself. The size was really good though and the chips and mushroom gravy were good as so that saves it
Terrible meat lovers parmi I had at the lighthouse, it was mushy and the schnitzel crumb almost tasted under cooked. However the chips and mushroom gravy made up for it, the chips were hot and crispy and the mushroom gravy was thick and full of flavour
This parmi was to die for, cooked to perfection and so big that I honestly couldn’t finish it. The chips and mushroom gravy were some of the best I’ve ever had, bonus points for the chicken salt on the chips
This parmi is honestly one of the biggest I’ve ever seen and tasted beautiful. It was a little burnt but that by no means spoilt the taste. The chips and gravy were awesome too, my only complaint is that the gravy was a bit too lumpy. Highly recommend everyone on this app to check this amazing country pub out
THE MOST SOUTHERN PUB IN AUSTRALIA!! The parmi was gigantic and was cooked to perfection, nice and crispy. I thought the sauce was a bit too sweet but it didn’t spoil the taste. The chips and gravy was great too but the gravy was a little too thin.
This parmi was very mediocre, it was a little bit overdone and the taste didn’t really blow me away unfortunately
Parmi was really tasty and huge, the cheese was a bit runny but it didn’t spoil the taste, the only complaint is that the sauce on the parmi was way too sweet. Extra points for the mushroom gravy which was divine
HOLY SHIT!! Everyone has to check out the Tassie tiger bar at mole creek. This is one of if not the best parmi I’ve ever had! It was massive so I struggled to finish it and the sauce and mushroom gravy was to die for. What made it was the crispy crumb they used on the chicken. Definitely will be back
Parmi was a bit ordinary since it was a bit burnt but the size definitely makes up for it. I also didn’t like the excess pepper that was on the chips
Parmi was mediocre to say the least, the chips were soggy and the mushroom gravy was thin and bland. Not the worst parmi around but nothing worth bragging about unfortunately
