I've been eating parmies for the last 30 years - multiple parms per week around Hobart, and this is the best parmy I have ever had. This pub's parmy currently seems to be an undiscovered gem. Large, perfect sauce, prefect thickness and amount of cheese. Definitely worth the try.
I canโt emphasise enough that these are the best parmys in Tasmania. As a self proclaimed Parmy connoisseur, I feel I am in a position that can make such a bold claim. You can tell the chef takes pride in their work, making their Neapolitan sauce from scratch. Chips have a perfect crunch. The salad was fresh with a delicious dressing.
