“I've been eating parmies for the last 30 years - multiple parms per week around Hobart, and this is the best parmy I have ever had. This pub's parmy currently seems to be an undiscovered gem. Large, perfect sauce, prefect thickness and amount of cheese. Definitely worth the try.”
