four of my favourite things…. A parmi, the longley, a cold schooner of Willie Smiths and a mulled Willie Smiths cider. 5/5 as always.
Eggplant PARMI at the Longley International Hotel. I have had an eggplant PARMI here before, and it was excellent. This one was awful because the eggplant was so thick, it had not cooked all the way through. They use pesto on the eggplant PARMI here which is delicious!

Good size. Bit too much sauce that overpowered the taste. Chips soggy.
Hot n spicy parmi was great, sauce was certainly spicy! Chips need some love, a bit on the soggy side but good taste.
