Hawaiian’Summer Bay’ version of their Parmi. The ham, pineapple and cheese were about the only good things with this Parmi. I’d consider it a pass mark, but only just. Quite small, over cooked, soggy on the bottom, chips were pretty bland, salad tiny and ordinary. Pepper sauce I had with it was ok to taste, but too runny. Probably looks better in the pic than what it actually was. Definitely wouldn’t have one again for $28.

This is a very good Parmi! One of the more expensive, but the size makes up for that because it’s huge! Nice thick cut as well, but not over cooked, still juicy! I could not eat it all! Salad was nice and fresh and had a nice sweet dressing, quite unique. Chips were reasonable, fairly standard, but cooked well. Pepper sauce was very good, great taste and consistency. This would have to be up there with one of the best I’ve had for a long time! Get to Cascade hotel and treat yourself!!

Good quality Parmi. Pretty good size and tastes good. Cooked well, crispy coating, cheese melted well. Pepper sauce was good quality and nice consistency. Salad was fresh and tasted good. Chips were very basic, straight out of the home brand bag and no seasoning. I’ve been here a few times and Parmis are always consistent, so pretty good value overall.

A good quality Parmi overall, and fairly consistent, but I find it a little too thick and slightly tough. The crumb was very good and crispy, but the toughness takes away from the taste a bit. The pepper sauce, dare I say it, is also too peppery and ruins the flavour. It’s a nice sauce overall, but it’s then loaded with additional pepper on top (see pic) so it becomes over-powering. Chips were great and seasoned well, and salad pretty good and fresh also. A reasonably good meal overall, but a few areas of improvement.

One of my favourites, not because it’s the absolute best, but because it’s consistent in quality and size, and extremely well-priced. Always cooked well with crispy coating, the sauce options are good, and cheap as they come being excellent value for money. They do serve it on top of the chips which is not ideal, and the salad isn’t great, but let’s face it, those are less important things! Overall, pretty good quality and great value!

Price was a Tuesday special. Ordinarily ~$30. Parmi was good tasting, cooked well, decent size/thickness. Normal value for money not great but Tuesday special is good value. Salad fresh but pretty basic. Chips terrible, very bland. Ordered food and drinks through the venue’s preferred method via QR Code and nearly 15 minutes later still hadn’t received our drinks, and you can’t order sauce through the QR code - disappointing as I usually have a sauce on the side. There was no one here so obviously an oversight here with the service. Overall reasonably good value and quality.
