“$20 parma night. Parma was huge and on top of a mountain of chips. Unfortunately this made the chips and the Parma quite soggy. The salad was great, had a really nice dressing. Parma itself was cooked really well and I loved the sauce and cheese.”
“Parma night at True South - $32 including a pot. The Parma itself was presented beautifully, I loved the rocket and Parmesan on top. Chips were solid and were great to mop up the excess sauce. The sauce was probably one of the standouts, a really flavourful Italian sauce. The chicken itself was okay, nothing too special.”

“CROCODILE PARMA 🐊 Was up in Darwin for a parma challenge and I knew that I just had to try and find a crocodile parma. Sides were strong but toppings were poor - no ham and a disappointing sauce. The crocodile was interesting, I wasn’t really sure what to think about it. Was cooked well and wasn’t chewy at all. Tasted somewhere between chicken and pork. Would recommend trying one.”
