Chips were the best thing about this dish, very very good here. The parmi was very crispy and almost burnt i would say. The sauce was very sweet and brought this down the most. Cheese and ham was alright.

Very solid score here. Chips were the biggest negative here, just a bit soft for my liking. Cheese was really well melted and the sauce was well done. Ham however was low quality and ontop of the parmi not being very chrispy brought this score down. Overall good parmi and would purchase again. VERY FILLING

chips were very good, nice amount of crunch and salt in there. Parmi itself was very bad, portion size was good though. Parmi had an almost sour flavour that was not pleasant and the cheese was not well enough melted into the ham and schnitzel. Honestly, wouldn’t have been surprised if the parmi was store bought, frozen, and then defrosted and served. Kind of disgraceful. Gravy cup was also a quarter full and very watery. If it weren’t for the chips this would be a 2.

Chips were very nice, great inner consistency. fluffy, warm, crunchy on the outside, and nicely seasoned. Moving onto the parmi itself. the internal temperature was nice and the chicken was moist and warm (really hot actually). However, the outer edges were really really hard and crispy to the extent that it was almost burnt. the sauce was also not pleasant and tasted like those pre made pasta sauces you get from woolies. cheese was average. higher quality ingredients and better cheffing would make this better.

Self proclaimed ‘best parmi in Queensland’ so the expectations were high for this one. Starting with the chips, they were just about as close to perfect as they could have been. Nice crunch and softness on the inside with the perfect amount of seasoning. Wow. Only downside to this was that there wasn’t more! The parmi was quite nice, good crunch to the crumbing and nice and moist chicken on the inside. Was very hot at first which shows that it was nice and fresh. Cheese was well melted and the sauce was good, a little more of it would have been nice. While i am yet to have a better parmi in my life, it wasn’t so mind bogglingly good that i don’t think there could be a better one somewhere out there in qld.
