Not the biggest chicken in the shed yet thick and juicing at the seams! Parmy was a tiny bit lackluster in flavour however the chips were sensational and paired with the balsamic bite in that salad, the 1-2 punch on the sidelines kept the whole show alive. Also I didn't invite oregano to the party but after the good vibes that just went down my esophagus, "Reg" will definitely be getting the call up next time around All together a unique parmy, will definitely be back.

PLEASE NOTE: the photo was taken after some chips had been eaten, the original dish had far more chips than displayed on the image. The Mayfair provided one of the best parmi’s I’ve had in Hobart. The only downside was the size, it was so good, I just wish there was more! The chips were seasoned to perfection, the cheese and ham were crispy, and the chicken was juicy and tender. Paired with a pint of stone and wood, the perfect finish to the working year!

A delicious parmi from start to finish. The chicken breast schnitzel was incredibly tasty and juicy, topped off by a nice crumb, however, sadly on its way to the big 5* the sauce and cheese did let it down. Generously topped, however reminded me on splashes some coles brand sauce on top with a. bit of tasty cheese. The real star of the show were the chips and salad. Perfectly cooked chips, seasoned with chicken salt to perfection, maybe only could have been better with some fresh oil. Salad, simple, basic, but fashionably dressed, somehow the first to be finished from my plate.
