Brighton, TAS
Wasn’t expecting much from Brighton hotel. Parmi was pretty good though. Salad OK. Chips good. Chicken dry at times but plenty cheese and good tasting sauce. Would eat again
Beef schnitzel was quite oily. Parmi sauce was okay but overwhelmed by the cheese. Chips were bright yellow and tasted like they’d been cooked in a corn batter (had a hint of daggy dog happening). Salad was serviceable in the side cup but didn’t need grated cheese on top. All in all a basic parmi that fills you up but then sort of stays with you for a while.
