“Fist Sri Lanka Parmi review. Was pleasantly surprised. Will admit it does not look the most appetizing. Especially the cheese sauce which does not look as you would expect. However, I was surprisingly impressed the cheese sauce had a nice sharp flavor which cut through the sweet sauce. The chicken was extra crispy which I very much like. Chips were also super impressive, I am a big fan of the real potato cut into chips. Salad was the weakest element as seen in the pic, just looks like the dregs of a coles coleslaw bag. Overall very impressive”
