Possibly my first ever 5 star salad (I traditionally opt for no salad) salad was so good and fresh. Delicious ham on the fresh parm, I love the crescent good lil joint

You might be thinking I ate some of the chips before snapping this photo.. you'd be wrong. I let out a loud laugh when the waitress dropped this off in front of me. I opted for chips only no salad, one would deem it logical that the chef out the back would place the delicious parm beside the measly pile of chips, but no. I cannot believe in this day age chefs/cooks are still serving a parm ON TOP of chips!!! It makes me so mad THEY GET SOGGY!!! FFS 😡🤬

Is there some conspiracy amongst all Tassie pubs to start making parmis smaller? Once again a very small parmi was dropped off in front of me I'm glad I got an extra serve of chips to satiate this hunger. Flavour was good, chips were good all in all nothing to rave home about

Was pumped when I tapped my card for a $20.80 parm!! 20% off on Monday nights at this establishment. They were pretty busy as it was trivia night, the parm came out very quickly and was slightly cold in the middle. How ever still a very good parm I'm sure with a little due diligence they can get back to 4+ star parms

I am absolutely bamboozeled.. by far the best parm I've had for 2025. How ever I cannot forgive or look past the size.. looks like it should be on the kids menu. (Photo doesn't show true size the plate is like a entree plate) The flavour? Unbelievable. The cheese? Eloquent. The freshness? Devine. Don't get me started on the chips they are to die for. If this parm was 50% larger it's a easy 5 star from me (which I've only given out once)

They forgot my aioli!!! Lucky I had big bro gio who gave this little yn his aioli. Not as good as normal.. came out in under 8 mins. Chips were good

Absolutely horrible, cold in the centre. Only thing that saved this was the aioli and chips

Came out ridiculously quick... which always makes me question the freshness. How ever this parmi was pretty mint. Cheese was lovely, sauce was Devine. Only thing that rattled me was 15% Sunday tax which dropped the value on this parm. Would I rave about this parm to the boys? No. Would I have another? Yes.

Always concerning when the parm comes out less than 10 mins after ordering.. was lacking in almost all criteria, chips how ever were unreal, wouldn't be rushing back
